Hello all, welcome to our construction update page!

We have taken full advantage of a very mild winter here in Northwest Montana and are plugging away with dirt work. We recently finished installing all of our water & septic main lines and are now working our way through bringing services to all of the Phase 1 lots. 3 of our 6 rows have water hydrants, septic services, and ready for power pedestals! Keep in mind, if you reserve a lot early we can place all your utilities wherever you'd prefer them, not just our default locations.

We are moving quickly and right on track for a Summer 2026 opening date. Follow along on this page for more updates as we get closer to completion and welcoming you all to our new resort! We can't wait to share it all with you for many years to come.
